Workers' Power from Below: Rebuilding Syndicalism in the 21st Century will be released on Pluto Press in January 2027!

About the book: Capitalism is in crisis, and class divisions are deepening worldwide. Labour is becoming increasingly mobile and precarious. This is the moment for syndicalist unions to advance their demands through strikes and direct action, to reforge a powerful bulwark against capitalist interests, before it is too late.

In Workers' Power from Below, contributors from within the rank-and-file labor movement reflect on its strengths and weaknesses, victories and losses, and its ongoing potential to radicalize the working class and challenge the capitalist order. The contributors hail from six continents and combine hands-on organizing experience with rigorous analysis, offering a rich toolbox of ideas for revolutionary change rooted in class struggle.
